Catalan custard is one of the oldest desserts in Europe,
typical of Catalan cuisine. Other names: Crema Cremada, Saint Joseph's Custard
It is made with egg yolk, milk infused with cinnamon and lemon peel, and is served cold with a thin layer of caramelized sugar on top.
In Sucre Cremat we do it as tradition dictates:
with fresh ingredients, without rush and caramelised at the moment .
